A really nice, very small airport to get you to I Falls, Lake of the Woods or points around the area. If you remember the old terminal, this is like an entirely new airport.
Very friendly staff, clean restrooms but as a reminder, you will need to eat before you arrive.

Small little airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful
My flight originated in Fort Myers/Delta. When my luggage arrived at International Falls, my new luggage was destroyed. I was advised by the staff at the car rental to show my luggage to the Delta staff. The Delta staff took a picture of it, and was very empathetic. They replaced my luggage with a new one on the spot. I was dumbfounded how kind and understanding the staff were. I'm sure my luggage was either dropped or thrown haphazardly because it weighed the full limit Delta required, and I'm pretty sure it happened in Fort Myers.....no doubt....
Its such a breath of fresh air landing at this airport. This small airport has a big heart. Every staff that works here are friendly. The entire place is squeeky clean and organize.

I've done the MSP-INL-MSP turn 3 times now and this airport is one of my favorites to visit. Recently renovated and quite large compared to other EAS airports. Flights are usually on time [except in the winter when weather can be an issue]. Airline staff are friendly and wear many hats, as is usual for a small station. Can't speak on car rentals, but it seems like they have the counter staffed for whenever a flight comes in.

Quick and easy, small airport
A really welcoming place! I liked the little library to bring a book along with you on the flight. The workers are super kind.
